Financing Quantum
Based on eligibility limit and subject to minimum of RM10,000 and maximum amount of RM150,000
Financing RM50,000 and below – without guarantor
Financing more than RM50,000 – one guarantor
Payment Period
Maximum 84 months (7 years) or up to the retirement age, whichever is earlier
Profit Margin
1 - 5 years : 6.0% p.a. (Flat)
6 - 7 years : 6.5% p.a (Flat)

Advance Payment
Equivalent to 2 months installment (if applicable)

Eligibility
Applicant must be 18 years and not exceeding the retirement age at the end of payment period
Malaysian citizen
Earning a minimum fixed income of RM2,800 per month
Applicant and/or guarantor must be a continued employee in any of the following:
Government Sector
Public Listed Companies
Subsidiaries of Government or Public Listed Company
Total deduction must not exceed 40% from the gross salary or if inclusive of house deduction, it must not exceed 65% of deduction
